How many dentists, despite being completely booked, will fit you in on the Friday before Christmas weekend - and you are not even a regular patient? This is what Dr Castro did for me... I was having low-grade pain in a tooth, which was irregular, but had been there for several days. It turned out to be something that could create problems for later, but did not need immediate attention...but until you are seen by the dentist, how can you know! He, his assistant, and the receptionist were all pleasant and helpful. I cannot thank him enough for his quick response to an email and his kindness in making time for me. Completely recommend him.

I want to say thank you to the whole team of the wonderful Forest & Ray - Dentists, Orthodontists Implant Surgeons. I was in a desperate state when I went to the clinic, my pain was very long and excruciating. I called the clinic and a wonderful lady at the reception listened to me, explained and made an appointment with the doctor as soon as possible!!! And it happened in a few days! This is really very fast. You can also choose a convenient time for visiting the clinic. It is very convenient that the clinic is open on weekends. You can be in touch with the clinic staff from early morning until late at night. This is a completely patient oriented Clinic and it's wonderful!!! You feel like you're in a safe, professional place every second, talking to staff or sitting in the Doctor's Chair. Arriving at the clinic, I felt the highest professionalism of the service and the competence of the doctors. My whole mouth hurt. Two teeth were in very bad condition. First, the doctor made a thorough diagnosis, removed the nerves, then cleaned the dental canals. I begged the doctor to save my teeth. And he did. I do not speak English well and the clinic staff provided me with a Russian-speaking doctor, to whom I will be grateful all my life. Dr. Nikolaos Kasiteridis answered all my questions and was very attentive during the treatment. He communicated with the management of the clinic regarding my further treatment. He saved my teeth and my psychological health too) I am grateful to the Dr. Nikolaos Kasiteridis for his humanity and super professionalism. It was a long treatment and every time I left the clinic I felt satisfied with the treatment, the pain disappeared, and my teeth became healthier! My 3-teeth bridge suddenly fell out whilst I was eating my evening meal! I narrowed my search for emergency treatment down to Alexandra's clinic based on the consistently excellent reviews of her care. Alexandra saw me the following day, and she was just brilliant! She explained everything clearly to me - why it happened, and how she was going to fix it. She also prepared notes for my own dentist, on my return home. Alexandra's work was careful, thorough, and gentle (because I don’t usually have needles). And the end result was better looking than the original! Alexandra's costs are very fair for the work and service she provides. I cannot rate her highly enough! Thank you so very much, Alexandra. I haven't stopped smiling since!!
