Laura and her team were excellent. Professional, friendly and efficient. I had a root canal with crown and 3 fillings all carried out to a very high standard. Thier diagnostics and scanning equipment along with attention to detail surpass anything I have experienced in UK. Highly recommend.

I had a few fillings, root canal and a whitening session. That all went well and didn't feel any pain at all. First time seeing a dentist in years. Also had 2 teeth removed for my orthodontics. I didn't feel a thing. Would definitely recommend as they are very welcoming, friendly and informative.

Well here I am, 11 months into my treatment consisting of almost a full mouth of dental implants. I did months of research before I chose this practice, I knew it was a huge undertaking and commitment and I was extremely nervous. I've had easy appointments and I've had more difficult appointments but throughout my treatment I never felt any discomfort or pain. And most importantly I trusted my Doctors. The chairs that I have my treatment in are out of this world! So comfy I've even nodded off during treatment and had to be poked awake! I'm not saying it's fun but it's as good as it can get at this surgery. I will be grateful forever for the wonderful care and expertise I receive here. I'm almost finished treatment, as I write this today, my implants are about to have the first fitting tomorrow and I'm so excited. I've carefully chosen from the options available, with expert advice and after a whole year I will finally have a perfect smile again. I'm 66 now and a smoker so if I can do it, so can you! It's the best decision of my life. I'd like to say a special thank you to Doctor Aziz, who has looked after me so well, he can make you laugh through the whole process, which is a gift in itself. The prices were completely fair when the standard of treatment is considered. I've never had such professional people looking after my smile before! Meine Erfahrung mit Zahnbehandlungen: Ich hatte insgesamt 28 Veneers. Diese Eingriffe verliefen innerhalb einer Woche und zwar ohne Schmerzen; Ich habe die Nadeln nicht einmal gespürt. Auch mit dem Ergebnis war ich sehr zufrieden: strahlend weiße Zähne und eine perfekte Passform. Daher empfehle ich es jedem, der etwas erledigen möchte. Beim Zahnarzt in der Türkei sind Sie in guten Händen. Zur Hygiene: Ich kann nur sagen hervorragend, alles ist einwandfrei. Sie haben sowieso den ganzen Tag den Boden gewischt. I'm so glad that have found the New Smile Clinic! It's a true gem in Tirana. I was looking for an interior open bite treatment with clear aligners, and for a treatment plan that is adapted for those living abroad. From the moment I contacted the clinic my treatment enquiry was processed very quickly. Within few days my treatment was confirmed and I was ready to travel from the UK. I started my journey last year to have my upper teeth removed and a denture made as I had a lot of problems with my upper teeth and gums, I had a lot of problems with my new dentures not fitting and the alignment of the teeth. I must say Julie on the front desk and Jona was amazing. I cannot thank them enough for their help and understanding they are a credit to the clinic. After many appointments with the lab technician, I then had an appointment with Linda who also was amazing and professional she remoulded and arranged a new set of dentures which have absolutely changed my life they fit perfectly my confidence has grown tenfold thanks to Lisa and her team of girls. After my first 6 months of discomfort and regret of having dentures Linda has put that smile back on my face thank you Linda. Thank you Julie for your kindness and understanding you are a star 😬 I would definitely recommend Linda she is fantastic.

If you go here, there is a bell to ring rather than just enter the premises. Why the receptionist didn't just open the door when I was trying to get in I do not know. I went for a consultation to see what the best option was for a missing tooth. You pay before you go. The staff were friendly. The dentist is lovely putting me at ease, explaining what he was doing whilst teaching his staff at the same time. Nice manner about him. He then took the time to show me what options were available to me and how much each would cost. The clinic was state of the art, modern with the latest tech to make the job easier. The view was stunning. I would recommend the experience to others.
