Came over from the UK to get Gynecomastia surgery and can't thank them enough. They organised everything from the airport transfer to the hotel and everything went smoothly. Cost for the surgery was the best I could find and really impressed with the results.

I travelled to Antalya from the UK for a breast reduction and uplift. Dr Mak was recommended to me by a friend who had undergone the same procedure. I am quite an anxious person by nature, and the week leading up to the flight and operation, I was full of doubt and really nervous. However, from the moment we touched down in Antalya and were greeted by our lovely driver Mutlu, the whole procedure was seamless. We arrived at midnight and went straight to the hospital, where I underwent preliminary tests: blood pressure, blood work, ECG and lung X Ray. The next morning, the lovely Dr Mac and his beautiful (both inside and out) wife arrived. Dr Mac listened to my requests, advised me fully on the whole procedure, then meticulously worked out the optimal size of breasts for my frame. I was operated on an hour later, and the operation took about 2.5 hours. On coming round, I was hooked up to intravenous antibiotics and pain relief, and can honestly say that apart from some discomfort, I felt very well. I was diischarged the following afternoon,with pain meds and antibiotics, and we were taken to our hotel, where I was able to rest and relax in calm and beautiful surroundings. From the Saturday to the following Friday when we left, I had 3 check ups with Dr Mac at his clinic, where he changed my dressings and cleaned the breast area. His attention and professionalism was absolutely superb, and Aislee, his wife , was available via WhatsApp 24/7. From an anxious person, I can absolutely say that this whole process has been life-changing for me. I went from a 34 EE to a small, round C cup and I'm delighted. I feel like a new woman. But not only have I changed physically, I have become a stronger, more positive person as a result of the magnificent care I received. I cannot recommend Dr Mac highly enough. He is a skilled and professional surgeon, who is meticulous in his care of his patients. And he is also a lovely, warm, approachable and genuinely caring man. Thankyou Dr Mac and Aislee. Wow, what a 1st visit to this beautiful clinic, where you are greeted by the friendly reception team and made to feel welcome, as for Dr Raj he is a gentleman and is very honest and informative regarding treatments. There is no pressure to go ahead with treatments, I only wish I had found this clinic earlier I cannot wait to go back and have treatment (neo gen ). Lisa’s approach to surgery goes above and beyond. From first contact she is keen to get to know you and understand what it is you’re wanting to achieve. Her no-nonsense, but caring and holistic approach, sets her apart from other surgeons. She prepares you well for what is ahead - the recovery after surgery is no walk in the park! Her skill and attention to detail is obvious from the first time you speak, and her pre and post-op care is second to none. I’m really pleased with the result. I had a severe diastasis recti which caused me postural problems, digestive issues and a very protruding stomach. In the main these have all been hugely improved. Recovery was better than I could have dared hope. The scars are hidden away and healing well and my new tummy button looks better than my old! If you’re thinking of abdominoplasty, I’d recommend Lisa in a heartbeat.

The staff here are incredible. Super polite and helpful and retain regular contact with patients to ensure that there are no problems in the weeks and months post-op. The doctors and nurses have been super informative and supportive so that I was able to undergo my procedure without any stress and when there was any delay, I was always accommodated. The clinic is clean and modern. The procedure was quick and personalised to what I wanted and I am very thrilled with my results.

I had a consultation with Ms Khan regarding breast augmentation. Ms Khan is very professional and explained everything clearly. My Quaba is an experienced plastic surgeon who knows exactly how to help people and make them feel confident about the surgery. He is like an artist when it comes to his work and he is a lovely person who listens to what you want and need then works with you to get to the goal. The nurses and staff at Spire are friendly and so caring. One nurse in particular I think her name is Cecilia who removed the cast and stitches was absolutely amazing! She was friendly, and professional and made me feel so safe and happy in such a nerve-racking situation. She explained everything in detail and made light conversation to ensure I was distracted. Taking the job seriously but making it fun and safe is really a talent and shows how nice a person she is! So far recovering from the nose job has been easy with the support of Spire and Mr Quaba;s team and looking forward to the future with my new nose.

I’ve had bbl, breast lift, jaw contouring, under-eye filler, wrinkle treatment and butt augmentation with filler after weight loss. Am I forgetting something? Clearly since I keep coming back everything went great and I don’t trust anyone else that much. These procedures have made me the best version of myself and gave me confidence. I feel super safe going into surgery or doing something minimally invasive and I know for sure that my doctor is there making sure everything will go smoothly. Also, he will never lie just to sell you something. He will inform you in full detail what to expect and he will tell you honestly if he thinks you are a good candidate for such procedure or if you even need it.
