Almost the whole process went really well and I've communicated with AYT privately about one or two potential areas in need of improvement. Additionally my advice for people not able to speak Turkish is that their staff have a high school kids equivalent of English so whilst you can definitely talk about basic things I would strongly urge people to have a translator app at the ready with the Turkish language downloaded for offline use when you don't have an internet connection. Also make sure you get them to confirm a few times over if it is local or general anaesthetic you're going under for surgery as this was one of my main criticisms and could be a language translation issue in need of amendment.

I went to Istanbul for an FDL tummy tucks and liposuction. I was travelling alone so was a little more nervous but I cannot explain enough how good these guys were. Firuza who organised everything was outstanding nothing was too much trouble. I had a few changes to make even last minute and it was no trouble. Anil the translator explained everything and kept me informed even the staff who couldn’t speak English was still friendly and reassuring. I couldn't wish for better. I feel confident and free. Whatever I like wearing, I just put it on without thinking about the appearance of my boobs. No more droopy boobs but perky ones. Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

Friendly and professional staff!!! My experiences with Allmedica staff were very pleasant! All my inquiries were answered immediately from the very beginning by Veronica.It was my first time to visit the city , but all the staffs were very accomodating ( from Oskar-my host to nurses and the doctor! I came to an initial consultation with a surgeon at the clinic regarding an otoplasty revision procedure. The surgeon said that she did not have the experience required for the type of surgery that I required and recommended an alternative clinic. The surgeon's frankness and honesty are praiseworthy.
