Lower face life and neck lift. Clinic extremely sterile and clean, equipment all new and high tech. Staff friendly and helpful and speak good English. Pre med thorough. Great private room and all helpfully staff. Central location. Procedure was midday 15 June. Now 18th June and all going ok. Bandages etc. still on so cannot comment on the results.

Excellent doctor!!!! From my first visit to his office I felt safe and confident. Before the procedure, he explained in detail what he was going to do. The result was better than I imagined. His whole team was excellent. Mr. Karantonis was available at all times to answer my every question, no matter what time I needed him both pre and post-operatively. I highly recommend him. Thank you very much for everything!!!!

I found the clinic by doing some research online and contacted them through WhatClinic. Anna Czwordon got in touch with me and explained the whole process. Setting up the appointment and understanding the logistics was really clear and Anna was really nice too. When I arrived in Poland I was collected by the clinics driver and taken to my hotel. The clinics drivers had no problem transferring me to and from the airport and also the clinic. When I was at the clinic all the staff were so nice and caring. I was waiting a little while but that was fine because it was made comfortable for me. Everything was explained really well and I got to meet Dr Lukasz Banasiak for my consultation. Dr Lucasz is a great Dr and person. He made me feel comfortable and in a safe environment. This carried on throughout the process and the surgery. Anna has been in touch since my surgery and has advised me how to look after the scars. I am so happy with the work that has been done I would definitely return to Dr Lucasz for another procedure.

This clinic is the best clinic ever. They are very trustworthy and very good. I had my surgery one week ago and the results are just amazing. I recommend this clinic to everyone. Treatment: Total Hip Arthroplasty, and post-op rehab. I am no stranger to ‘Health Tourism’, and contacted several clinics in other countries for the same operation – total hip replacement on one side. I contacted KCM Clinic after reading reviews and details on ‘What Clinic’ website. From that point on, I was most impressed with the speed, detailed information and costs sent by KCM, such that I decided to go ahead and have my hip replaced by them in preference to others. The UK NHS was a total non-starting failure. Every single aspect of the visit from arrival in Wroclaw to homeward journey was almost ‘micro-managed’ with superb efficiency. Transport from/to the airport, hotel arrangements, transport to/from the clinic nearby, pre-surgery assessments, surgery and hospital clinic stay, daily physiotherapy afterwards, all happened extremely smoothly. Yes, there was quite a bit of ‘waiting around’ at times during pre-op assessment, some of it caused by my own request for further cardiology assessment. The actual hip replacement operation occurred as arranged and was very straightforward. The level of care from clinic staff was exceptionally high, the coordinator was extremely helpful and accommodating at all times, the surgeon attended every day after the operation to check on progress and even changed the dressing himself, and the rehab. The physiotherapist always gave superb individual attention to maximise post-operative mobility. A very detailed discharge pack was handed to me when leaving the clinic, including CDs of all X-rays and diagnostic images, ready to pass on to the GP when returning to UK (in Polish, though – but I’m sure it can be well understood in medical circles). Can I recommend them? Without reservation! What about language? Polish is spoken throughout, but nearly everyone has a good command of English or German so communication was never an issue. I was continually impressed by the clinic, and they showed what true ‘health care’ is all about. All-in-all it has been the most positive experience, well beyond my expectations, and one that I will repeat soon for the other side! Thank you so much, KCM.

My Quaba is an experienced plastic surgeon who knows exactly how to help people and make them feel confident about the surgery. He is like an artist when it comes to his work and he is a lovely person who listens to what you want and need then works with you to get to the goal. The nurses and staff at Spire are friendly and so caring. One nurse in particular I think her name is Cecilia who removed the cast and stitches was absolutely amazing! She was friendly, and professional and made me feel so safe and happy in such a nerve-racking situation. She explained everything in detail and made light conversation to ensure I was distracted. Taking the job seriously but making it fun and safe is really a talent and shows how nice a person she is! So far recovering from the nose job has been easy with the support of Spire and Mr Quaba;s team and looking forward to the future with my new nose.

I had liposuction and fat transfer (BBL) with Dr Markos Hatzipieras. He is fantastic! Outstanding surgeon, very friendly, professional, funny and reassuring. Future procedures will definitely be done by him. Everyone at Hatzipieras was lovely and welcoming. I’m 3 weeks post-surgery and my results are already amazing.

I made breastlifting and scar revisions. I am more than happy. All the staff there is very polite and helpful. I recommend it with two hands. Plastic surgery is the best and special thanks for assistance Alev.
