Dr Bong discusses what is best and most suitable to keep me looking fresh. He is professional and respectful and I feel completely safe in his care. His support team are also really lovely and super helpful with appointments when you have a busy diary like me. 😊

Had a skin tag removed from my upper eyelid. The clinic is clean, welcoming and friendly. The procedure was fully explained and done painlessly and told what to expect after, very professional staff and highly recommended .

Initial visit and examination, need to take 11 FOV 9x12 3D CBCT or doctor to determine right dental procedure. I choose this clinic because is closest to my apartment. Clinic is nice, clean and in equipped with impressive instruments. Doctor was very helpful in explaining about procedure for dental implants. Before going in for my HIFU treatment I did some reading about the procedure, particularly about the side effects. One that had me a bit worried was being blotchy and red as I do have sensitive skin. However, Flavio was so gentle that I didn’t experience any redness after the treatment or pain during the procedure. Their staff is so friendly from the minute you call them to book an appointment to them performing the procedure. They update you with every step of the process so that you are aware of what they are doing to your face. Jenny came highly recommended and I nervously booked in for a consultation. Jenny is friendly approachaeable knowledgeable and most importantly listens to your concerns and requirements. I had concerns about lip lines but wanted a very natural result to reduce them without looking different. Jenny recommended fillers and was very confident and reassuring about the outcome being right for what i was looking for. I spent the first three days thinking anhh what i done and concealing some swelling with ice packs and makeup even though nobody even seemed to notice !. Within a week i can say I’m absolute delighted with the result and have immense faith in Jenny and her team tor their expertise, professionalism and skill.

I have had a few appointments now with the clinic to have my nails done. The staff are really lovely and so friendly. Always feel very welcome and enjoy my experience. Fab job too. I would def recommend a visit.
