The hospital was lovely and clean. Tests were quick and efficient. Nurses were lovely and polite. The surgeon did a brilliant job, make sure you ask all your questions to put yourself at ease. Irem is on hand for you to call if you have any questions! Hotel was lovely too.

I had a gastric sleeve on 04/03/2024! Absolutely outstanding clinic, and the staff are so nice. I couldn't have asked for a better bunch of staff. The surgeon is amazing! He came and seen me every day. Also, not to forget about my coordinator Asli. She really is awesome. That girl is hilarious. I had some really good laughs with her. Honestly, this clinic is the best of the best! Thank you for helping start my new healthy journey.

I have always had hooded eyelids. About a year ago the hooding became so bad that I knew I had to get my eyes done. It was affecting my vision. I put it off for years because I have seen many people (with the financial resources to get the best work done) whose eyes do not look natural. They look continuously surprised. I ran into so many people that looked like that, that I assumed that was what you looked like after having upper eyelid surgery. I interviewed three doctors before deciding on Dr Elif from Medhera Health Clinic because I was concerned that I wouldn’t look like myself after surgery. My surgery could have been covered by insurance but I chose to pay out of pocket because Dr. Elif is that good! I chose her because she was the most thorough in explaining my procedure and she promised me that my eyes would look natural. The whole experience was seamless. Everyone who works in her office is pleasant, knowledgeable, and competent. You can tell they all love working there and it shows in how they work. Phone calls were returned promptly. They took the time to answer my questions. They sent multiple reminders for appts and were flexible in scheduling. Dr. Elif is a kind, caring doctor. That wasn’t something I required in my surgeon but it amazingly made the whole experience enjoyable. Even the surgery was enjoyable. She played a great musical soundtrack which was relaxing and she explained what she was doing throughout the process. I found that very comforting. Her follow-up after surgery was very thorough and my eyes healed beautifully. I highly recommend going to see her before you make your decision. She is the best at what she does and it shows. I have just had a gastric sleeve. What an experience from being picked up by Rus in a beautiful air-conditioned luxury minibus to arriving at the hospital and being welcomed by the staff. I showed my passport and gave my details. Then I was taken to my private air-conditioned room with wardrobe and on suite bathroom. I had my blood taken and then told to rest as it was late in the evening. The next morning I was taken for various tests and scans. I also met the surgeon who made me very relaxed and explained everything to me. I was given a gown and surgical stockings. My time came and I had my surgery. The clinic is very professional and the nurses were very attentive. I can’t thank them enough I would highly recommend elective surgery here.

The treatment is very good at this hospital. Everything was pretty straightforward from pick up and transfer to the hospital. Provided good pain relief. The hotel was good, fairly quiet. Nice and clean. Food was also ok.

Hi, I travelled to Antalya from the UK on April 20. 24 to get my gastric sleeve done by dr Suleyman Akilli. I have to say Dr Suleyman Akilli and his team and the nursing staff in the hospital are amazing. I had a phenomenal experience with them. I can’t believe how fast the recovery was and how comfortable I was in the hospital. I felt no pain whatsoever also Dr Suleyman made me feel so comfortable he was so understanding and gave me plenty of reassurance and support. The procedure went so smoothly. Also, the nursing staff stayed on top of pain relief and the drip but I never actually felt pain once I have to say Dr Suleyman Akilli is a fantastic Surgeon and I can tell by the way, I felt after my operation, I was very nervous before travelling to Turkey where I have been questioning myself if it’s the right thing I was doing but honestly I suffer with several health conditions including fibromyalgia for many years I’ve tried several diets and exercise but nothing worked for me. This feeling is so magical since I have come out of the theatre I have felt no pain. I feel like a new person already. I’m only six days postop, I just can’t thank Dr Suleyman Akilli enough for changing my life. I’m forever thankful thank you so much Dr Suleyman Akilli I have never felt this way. I feel like a new person. I would most definitely recommend Dr Suleyman Akilli xx

I had my gastric sleeve surgery at the end of July 2023. Although extremely apprehensive the night before the surgery (we didn't arrive until after midnight) the staff and the reps that were at the hospital were attentive and empathetic to my feelings. I chose to go with Mr Habibi after having a video consultation with him, where he was more than happy to answer any and all of my questions during and after the call. The surgery went really well and the staff following my surgery were brilliant, even with a language barrier. I've had no complications following my surgery and would recommend Dr Habibi in a heartbeat. The aftercare from Dietician Irmak has also been invaluable and she has been on hand to answer any questions that I've had - I did have issues taking the multi-vitamin after the first month but that has been quickly resolved after some suggestions from Irmak.

My friend and I flew to Antalya from South Africa to meet the Professor for gastric sleeve options in February 2022. He was our safest and most experienced option. No regrets at all. He helped us start a new and healthier chapter of our lives at an affordable price with great service and clinical support. It’s not easy exploring medical services overseas but it was all worth it and most importantly SAFE. He continues to check up on us and guide our recovery.
