We provide Speech Therapy, Behavioral Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Psychology/counseling services
Integrated Therapies:
CBC clients have our commitment to serve them, not just through individual sessions
with their clinician(s), but with a holistic clinical approach that gives each client access
to and support from any and all relevant disciplines.
Screening & Diagnosis:
Clinical interviews and standardized assessments are administered to provide “best
t” treatment and programs for our clients. Diagnostic evaluations help understand a
client’s individual profile
Group Programs:
CBC oers a wide range of group programs targeting specific client interests and
needs, such as Pre-Vocational & Vocational Programs, Social Skills Groups,
Socio-Emotional Programs, School Readiness and Day Programs, and Life Groups for
Teens & Adults.
Parent & School Involvement:
At CBC, we know that parents and schools are primary team players in a child and
adolescent’s daily life; To build strength as a community, we oer services such as:
educational trainings and workshops for parents and teachers, as well as program
development and consultations with schools and organizations.
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA):
ABA is the science of understanding and modifying behavior and is commonly used
with challenges such as: non-compliance, aggression, tantrums, autism,
hyperactivity, and self-injurious behavior.
Speech & Language Therapy:
Proper assessment and intervention from our Speech & Language Pathologists help
individuals with a wide range of communication challenges such as: Speech &
Language delays, Pragmatic Disorders, Articulation Disorders, Phonological
Disorders, Stuttering, and Cluttering.
Occupational Therapy (OT):
Occupational Therapists assess and treat individuals who benefit from skill-building
in areas such as: coordination, gross motor, fine motor, visual motor, sensory
integration, self-help, food aversion, and other daily living and coping skills.
Psychology/Counseling:
Mental health clinicians aim to improve well-being and support success for
individuals and/or groups needing to maximize personal growth, or address more
specific concerns, such as: anxiety, depression, ADHD, adjustment problems,
relationship challenges, or family conflict.
