Prism Counselling Service

Ham Lane, Lenham, Maidstone, ME17 2LL
Counselling involves a very high level of trust in the therapist. As a member of the UK Association for Humanistic Psychology Practitioners, I abide by my Association's code of conduct and ethics, and I am supervised by a senior member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy). I have an extensive background in counselling in the public sector and with private sector organisations. I have worked with a wide range of problems, from mild or moderate issues through to severe personal difficulties. If after your initial assessment you do not feel that counselling is right for you, there will be no charge.
Treatment for Depression up to £40
If you think you may be depressed, please understand that this is in fact a very common condition and there is real hope for life to feel different. Counselling coupled with help from your GP can be of great benefit. Please contact me to find out how you can get help.
Counselling up to £40
Rather than list a range of problems, it is more helpful to understand that counselling can help in an enourmous range of areas of life issues, from depression through to anger, low self-esteem, anxiety, lack of motivation, relationship problems, alcohol and substance misuse, self-harm... some might argue that the list is potentially endless. Whatever your issue, counselling can help. All my treatments are one-to-one, confidential and in a safe environment. Please call to find out how I can help you.
Anger Management up to £40
Anger is a normal human emotion but we can all struggle with our feelings and counselling can be of great benefit.
