EM COUNSELLING

As a Qualified Accredited Addiction Counsellor I am passionate about the work I do and am professionally trained to listen and support you in a non judgemental and confidential manner. I approach my work from a person centred approach but will if required incorporate other approaches depending on an individual’s needs. Such approaches include: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. With the understanding that addiction not only affects the individual involved I also provide counselling support to the family members and friends of those living with addiction. As well as Addiction Counselling I can provide General Counselling services for issues such as Anxiety, Stress, Depression, Low Self Esteem, Phobias.
