Sinead Nolan Therapy

Sinead Nolan holds a BA (Hons) in Counselling and Psychotherapy from MTU and is a pre-accredited member of IACP. Their approach to psychotherapy is humanistic and integrative, based largely on Person-Centred principles with elements of Transactional Analysis, Internal Family Systems, and Gestalt. They believe in providing a supportive and non-judgmental space to allow clients to explore any difficulties or life challenges. They work in collaboration with clients to help them achieve their therapy and life goals in a safe and confidential environment. Recognizing that everyone can need some support at times, they extend a warm welcome to those embarking on the journey of self-enquiry and self-discovery.
