I am a qualified Psychotherapist and hold a Diploma in Psychotherapy and Counselling from the Centre for Biodynamic & Integrative Psychotherapy (Tracht Foundation). I have offices in Limerick, Ennis and Ennistymon working one on one with adults, providing a space to talk and to be heard in a safe, confidential and non-judgmental environment. I work using an Integrative approach which I adapt according to each individuals personal needs, working with a wide range of issues including,
