Alfred Podhorodecki is a certified clinical hypnotherapist and forensic psychophysiologist. He is also a forensic hypnotist, educationalist, victimologist, criminologist, and counsellor. His main interests are forensic hypnotherapy for family law, civil process and criminal law. Alfred has over 30 years of law enforcement experience including the Transit Police, Military Police and as a Research Analyst in the Victoria Police. He is the former Deputy Head of Department of Police Studies at Monash University, and has lectured in Policing, Security Management, & Justice Studies at various universities including RMIT, Melbourne University and Monash University. Alfred has been awarded an honorary Doctor of Management; he holds a Master’s Degree in Education, a Graduate Diploma of Education, Bachelor of Arts Degree, and diplomas in security management, justice studies, and police studies as well as certificates in Business Administration in Workplace Assessment and Training and Forensic Hypnosis.
