I had queued at Lewisham Hospital for a blood test to be then told that phlebotomy was for hospital patients only, I knew that I had to book an appointment for other clinics but as I was in Lewisham I took a walk to Rushey Green popped in and spoke to a lovely phlebotomy nurse called (i hope this is correct) Horinia I explained what happened and she kindly did my blood test there and then. I was so pleased with the kind approachable lady who had lovely peoples skills and should be recognized for this. thankyou so much it was a pleasure to have met you. I myself work for the NHS so know how difficult this can be at the frontline sometimes so thank you again for the great service.
I think Dr Davis is amazing Dr My son was diagnosed with Klinefelters syndrome when he was 7 years old. My son is 21 now, and Dr Davis was the only Dr at this surgery to actually take his time to learn about my son's genetic condition, in turn, it helped my son trust in him, the only doctor he’s ever trusted. Dr Davis is a kind, warm and compassionate man that actually listens and is there for his patient's needs. - A very happy mother

Only used them a couple of times, mostly to be referred to my private health provider. They have very unclear procedures and the staff doesn't know where they stand, both Doctors and regular crew. I got travel immunisation once and on a different occasion/trip they said it wasn't part of the service, when most of the GPs in the area do so, and they actually did it for me in a previous occasion!! Total shambles.
