Gary Ross of flow psychology has a BA (HONS) in Psychology (accredited with the Psychological Society of Ireland) and a Masters in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, which is my area of expertise. As a coaching psychologist, I also use Positive Psychology and Mindfulness, amongst other disciplines, as my interventions tend to be more influenced by fostering the vision of a multi-disciplinary field of practical solutions to fix what’s wrong and building on what’s strong to be used for the benefit of individuals, families, and groups
