About Chapman Physiotherapy

At Chapman Physiotherapy Ltd we pride ourselves on offering a first class musculo-skeletal and sports physiotherapy service in South Yorkshire. Based in Doncaster and Bawtry, our easily accessible locations have appointments available from early morning to late evening.  Full disabled access and on-site free parking is available at our Doncaster branch.

Our experienced team of physiotherapists, strength & conditioning coaches, personal trainers and a podiatrist are highly motivated to provide a unique and personal service to our clients. We recognise that each case brings different challenges for an individual and utilise our research led treatment methods to create a bespoke plan. We utilise the latest approaches in physiotherapy, podiatry and training to ensure the effective management of musculoskeletal conditions and assist sporting goals.  Treatments provided here include manual therapy and mobilisation, electrotherapy, exercise and acupuncture which help treat a range of conditions from arthritis and joint pain to sports injuries and headaches.  From chronic pain to acute injury, our specialist therapists are well equipped to assess, treat and rehabilitate, working alongside a nationwide network of surgeons as required.

All physiotherapists are HCPC registered and are members of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.  Our podiatrist is HCPC registered and is a member of The Society of Chiropodists and Podiatrists.

From self pay to private healthcare, insurance or occupational health, we work with an extensive range of companies who recognise our services.  Established over ten years ago, the practice has grown significantly, working alongside the NHS to offer comprehensive, affordable healthcare.

Our friendly team can usually offer same day appointments across our two sites, Doncaster and Bawtry.

We are already working with several agencies who provide physiotherapy following workplace accidents or RTA's.  We are also happy to extend this service to solicitors directly. Biography:
Vicky trained at Sheffield Hallam University in 2002 and went on to work at Doncaster Royal Infirmary. Whilst there she developed links with Doncaster Rugby Club, eventually leaving the NHS in 2006 to head up a full-time physiotherapy service in sport. After undertaking an MSc in Sport Injury at the University of Sheffield in 2008, she set up a private physiotherapy service at Castle Park. As the practice grew it became necessary to move to new purpose built facilities from which the practice runs today. In addition, Vicky has worked with Sheffield Hallam University as a visiting tutor to students on placement and has been invited to teach on the BTEC programs in local schools. She enjoys working with students on placement at the rugby club and has also taught GP's on musculo-skeletal seminars over the past four years. Vicky now works with most amateur sports teams in Doncaster including hockey, cycling, football and athletics to name but a few. More recently, Vicky has been working with GB taekwondo, travelling with the athletes to international competitions and also in a consultancy role for Doncaster Dons RLFC for the forthcoming 2014 season.
