I am in my 74th year and have found my exercise programme life-changingTina, UK, 07 03 21

I went to see Alex because I had muscle pain in my back. I attended the clinic a few years ago for physio on my hip. After an assessment, I was taken through a series of exercises to strengthen my core muscles which, quite honestly, hadn’t been ‘active’ for many years! Alex enabled me to not only understand the importance of all body muscles working together but also to remember that when the pain goes away it is still vitally important to continue the exercises to maintain strength. I am in my 74th year and have found my exercise programme life-changing. I do fast walking and feel so much fitter. The pain does occasionally kick in but the exercises soon put me back on track. It is never too late to wake the body up as I have proved. Thank you, Alex.
