Lead by Alex Rainforth, a dedicated graduate Sports Therapist with over 10 years’ experience working with people with pain and with athletes looking to enhance their performance. Alongside Alex’s history in private practice, he has built a wealth of experience in elite sport, working in professional football, athletics, kayaking and boxing. A wide range of musculoskeletal injuries are treated by the expert physiotherapists at this modern clinic located at Mansfield in Nottinghamshire. The clinic is located inside the John Fretwell Sporting Complex and has state of the art indoor and outdoor facilities. A detailed initial assessment of the patient is conducted at first and a treatment plan is formulated in consultation with patients and based on their individual goals. Services offered by the clinic are home and work visits, manual techniques, laser based techniques, Pilates, smoking cessation assistance, sports massage, ergonomic assessments and advice, neurological rehabilitation and posture correction.

Holly is a member of the CSP (Chartered Society of Physiotherapy) and registered with the HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council). Holly studied physiotherapy at Nottingham University achieving a 1 class honours degree. She has a background in sports massage and has a special interest in running injuries.

This physiotherapy group runs six clinics serving South Yorkshire and North Derbyshire. The clinics are recognized by all major health insurance providers. The physiotherapists treating patients at the clinics are chartered and state registered professionals. Referrals are accepted from GPs and other medical professionals at all the clinics.
