Job Title:

Biography:
Martin qualified in 1996 from the Univeristy of Hertfordshire and is the owner and principle physiotherapist of West Hampstead Physiotherapy. Since then he has worked in the different specialities of Musculoskeletal care and Neurology. He is Masters level in Sports injury management and has worked with both elite and recreational athletes in the fields of running, thiathlon and karate. He has post-graduate qualifications in spinal manipulation, nerve compromise (e.g sciatica) and stability and has recently returned from The Indian association national annual conference in Deradun, North India , were he taught a workshop on Spinal Stabilisation. He has treated high level violinists and pianists in the locally area with longstanding neck pain with excellent results.

Natasha

Biography:
Natasha is a qualified sports & remedial masseuse graduate from the London College of Massage (LCM). Natasha has provided sports massage at various sporting events including the London Marathon and local triathlon events. She regularly sees clients returning which is a sure sign of satisfaction. She has recently undertaken a research project into the benefits of massage in pregnancy (which are huge) and she has attended several labours whilst giving massages. She is both experienced and able at treating women in the pre and postnatal stages of pregnancy.

Maree competing from an early age at national level in athletics, Tae Kwon do and squash before qualifying as a Physiotherapist from Auckland University of Technology, New Zealand in 2008. In New Zealand Maree worked in a specialist Rehabilitation and Rheumatology Hospital-the only one of it’s kind in the Southern hemisphere. Here She worked extensively with Chronic Pain, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, Orthopaedic surgery, Hydrotherapy and Community neurology patients. Maree then moved to London where she honed both her musculoskeletal expertise and work based assessments at the Crystal Palace & London fire brigade, the BBC head offices and the New Zealand Embassy. Presently she works closely with leading mixed martial arts athletes and the Female English Touch team. Maree continually develops her skills with post graduate courses in Clinical Pilates, Mulligans Concept, Gait Analysis, Spinal Manual Therapy, Acupuncture& dry needling. Maree is a ‘hands on’ therapist who utilizing her knowledge of pilates and kinesiology for a complete approach to any injury or dysfunction you may present with. Socially Maree performs internationally in cultural singing and dancing events.

Michelle

Biography:
Michelle graduated as a Chartered Physiotherapist from Colchester Institute in 2005. Initially she worked in the NHS where she built up her knowledge in the area of musculoskeletal medicine. Moving into the private sector she started to hone this knowledge and specialise in spinal pain, sports specific injuries, post-surgical orthopaedic conditions, arthritic pain and core stability dysfunctions. Her post-graduate training includes ‘Clinical Pilates’, manual therapy techniques and acupuncture. As well as being a physiotherapist, Michelle is also an elite gymnastic coach running her own gymnastics club; MG gymstars. As a coach, she also attends the British gymnastics squad training sessions, at the Lilleshall National Sports Centre. Due to this combined expertise Michelle was employed by the English Institute of Sport to treat gymnasts from the Great Britain Squad. So, from walking sticks to the parallel bars Michelle is equip with the knowledge and practical skills to help solve your problems with you.
