Physiotherapist for 10 years, and over the last 5 years I further developed my skills learning pain management techniques (Bowen and Emmett Techniques). Since then I've been achieving outstanding results when treating a vast range of conditions. ? I have a real passion for what I do and that shows on the effort I put into listening to my clients when treating them. In the end I'm not only trying to "fix" people up, but I'm also trying to create long-term connections where trust and care can help my clients recover a life full of energy, physical health and emotional well-being.

Graduated since 2011 with a one-year post-graduate study in soft tissue therapy done in Poland, where I worked in orthopaedic and physiotherapy clinics and professional basketball clubs. My client’s health is my priority, and I try to encompass their well being focusing on the body as a whole, not just the problem area. Pain is only a sign but what I’m really interested in is finding out what is causing the problem. My usual sessions can be a combination of Structural Bodywork, Deep Tissue, Sports or Relaxing Massage, Cupping, Trigger Points Therapy, Myofascial release and stretching, Muscle Energy Technique, core stability exercises, and home exercises. I am currently undergoing my Health Professions Council (HPC) registration and I aim to be registered with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists (CSP) within the next few months.

Osteopath

I’m an osteopath also specialised in cranio-osteopathy graduated in Italy. In my practice I identify the cause of the patient's pain through clinical history and postural assesment. My treatments are personalised and designed to take into account the client as a whole. I also have a keen interest in massages, having studied at the School of Massage and Holistic Techniques in Italy. I can perform Deep tissue, Sports and Pregnancy massage. I’m registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOSC) and with the Independent Professional Therapists International (IPTI).
