I suffered from 10 years of headaches and neck strain mainly due to my posture at work and the stress I was under. My G.P. Gave me regular painkillers which did not really help. I was encouraged by a friend to try Uddingston Physiotherapy and within 4 treatment sessions my headaches were gone! I received massage, work in my joints, acupuncture and an exercise program.
The clinic was lovely, easy parking, friendly, professional staff. Prices were reasonable - £35 for 40 mins. Would highly recommend their services.
