At your Initial consultation at JMC Physiotherapy we will ask you some detailed questions about your condition and the impact this has on your work, home and sporting life in a private treatment room.We will then complete a thorough physical examination which may include getting you to move as well as testing your joints, muscle strength and nervous system. It is beneficial to be able to see and feel the area to be treated so loose fitting clothing is recommended.Once the examination is completed we will discuss any diagnosis and possible treatment options to allow you to make the correct choice for you and allow an effective treatment to start immediately. We will also discuss with you things that you can do to help manage your problem such as exercises or adaptations to work and give you a clear indication of likely time to recovery
