The sports massage was very effective as 4 days later I am still feeling the benefit

4.5 50 Sports Massage

I had been training in the gym and was feeling a bit tight in a few places. Met with Sophie who examined me and diagnosed what needed to be done. The sports massage was very effective as 4 days later I am still feeling the benefit. Sophie also identified a couple of other issues for me to be aware of and to start doing some specific exercises to improve the problem areas.

Very good. The clinic is in a house, but from the receptionist to the Physio everyone was polite, friendly and very helpful.
