Cardiff International Athletics Stadium

She gained a Level four Practitioner Diploma in massage with anatomy, physiology and pathology from UWIC in 2011. She also worked as a massage practitioner at the Welsh Athletics Championships in 2011 at the 2012 Pre-Olympics meet and the 2013 National Athletics Championships.

She is qualified from Cardiff Metropolitan University with a BSc(Hons) in Sports Conditioning, Rehabilitation and Massage. She became a fully qualified and insured sports massage practitioner with accreditation from the Sports Massage Association in 2013. Cath has been working for Cardiff RFC as their sports massage therapist for the past 2 years and is now into her 2nd year as an intern at the Scarlets. Cath also has sports massage experience working with the WRU 7’s, WRU U20’s, Welsh Netball seniors, Worcester Warriors and Racing Metro.
