Whilst serving in the Army, Mike initially qualified as a remedial gymnast and subsequently was accepted as a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.
During the past 30 years, he has worked for Tottenham Hotspur Football Club, Queens Park Rangers and on film locations.
Mike has been the owner of several practices but now his time is spent at Harlow Leisurezone, where he specialises in musculoskeletal and sports injuries. Mike is assisted by a team of excellent physiotherapists and sports injury therapist.

Tom joined the practice after graduating from the University of Hertfordshire in 2014 with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy and is a full member of both the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and the Healthcare Professions Council. Having chosen to specialise in musculoskeletal injuries and rehabilitation, Tom has undertaken various postgraduate courses based in this field including acupuncture, taping and strapping and sports first aid. As well as being a physiotherapist, Tom is also a qualified sports massage therapist and gym instructor. He has used these skills to work as physiotherapist for Harlow Town Football Club and at the 2014 London Marathon.
Tom enjoys playing 5-a-side, 6-a-side and 11-a-side football each week and can closely empathise with patients having dislocated the acromioclavicular joint in his shoulder in a football match, for which he received treatment and rehabilitation at the clinic.

Annabel graduated from the University of Hertfordshire in 2012 with a BSc (Hons) in Sports Therapy and is a member of the Society of Sports Therapists. She has expanded her knowledge over the last few years into Kinesio-taping, Shockwave Therapy, Sports Massage, Spinal Manipulation and Dry Needling; where she is a member of the Dry Needling Institute. She is also qualified in treating pregnancy and post natal pain including SPD and sciatica.
Annabel has worked in a variety of sports environments including; Hitchin Rugby Club, the University of Hertfordshire Sports Injury Clinic and Clubs and the London Marathon and Royal Parks Half, for a broad range of charities including, Athsma UK, Unicef and Dogs Trust.
Annabel enjoys working with musculoskeletal and sports injuries especially helping to rehabilitate young athletes back to full fitness and to the demands of top level sport, something that she has experience with having come from a higher level swimming background herself.
Physiotherapist & OsteopathM. Ost BSc (Hons)
Matt graduated in Physiotherapy in 2006 and spent 2 years working within the NHS broadening his knowledge by working in different physiotherapy specialities, including medical/ surgical and outpatients among others. Matt has a special interest in manual therapy and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injuries.
Developing wider and more refined methods of treatments within manual therapy, was one of the major factors that caused the decision to retrain as an Osteopath. Matt graduated with a Masters degree in Osteopathy in 2012, and has since added to his skills by ongoing training in spinal manipulation, sports taping, visceral manipulation, dry needling and rehabilitation training. Matt is also adding to our growing pregnancy treatment team.
