Everyone I’ve encountered at the clinic has been friendly, helpful, and exceptionally professional. Katrina used her skills and experience to gently pinpoint and evaluate my problem, and the targeted exercises she provided are straightforward and effective. It’s been like magic!

Musculoskeletal initial appointments are 45 minutes for £45

Women's and Men's Health initial appointments are one hour and are £60

All follow ups are half an hour for £40

Radial Shockwave Therapy appointments are £195 which includes an assessment and three treatments

Pilates 1:2:1 sessions are £35

Pilates 2:2:1 sessions are £45

Pilates 3:2:1 sessions are £55

Katrina uses Realtime ultrasound scanning for assessment and biofeedback of the pelvic floor muscles in both Women and Men
 

Men's Health Consultation

Katrina sees all the local Consultants patients who are having radical prostate surgery.  She sees them before and after their surgery for pelvic floor muscle strengthening to aid leakage.

She also sees patients following prostate surgery for enlarged prostates who may have leakage issues.

The other treatment is bladder training and pelvic floor muscle strengthening for bladder urgency.

 

Sexual Dysfunction Treatment

Katrina will treat female pelvic pain.  She does not treat Male pelvic pain
 

Women's Health Consultation

Katrina is a Specialist Women's Health Physiotherapist with 30 years of experience.  Conditions treated are pelvic floor muscle pain and weakness.  Bladder and bowel incontinence and urgency.  Prolapse.

Claire is a Senior Chartered Physiotherapist having

graduated from the University of Birmingham in 1997. She is a s

Since then Claire has worked predominantly in private practice and has worked closely with orthopaedic consultants in Colchester and London.
