First of all, you have the wrong address for Farrell Physiotherapy. They are at The Old Coal Yard off the Braintree Road on the edge of Chelmsford. Mr Farrell put me totally at ease, treated me as an intelligent person, explained he was sure pain wasn’t originating in the artificial knee but from lumbar spine. Suggested exercises which “must not hurt be gentle and build up slowly”. Then sent them by email to me. Will be seeing him again this coming Friday ie two weeks from first appointment.
