This physiotherapy practice offers services at two locations. They run a fully equipped clinic at Radlett in Hertfordshire and have access to the therapy room of Tesco’s Nutri Centre in Pitsea, Essex. Home visits are arranged for patients who are unable to come to the clinic or the therapy room. The team is experienced in treating painful musculoskeletal and neurological conditions and injuries and specialize in sports injury assessments and treatments. Services provided by the team are manual physiotherapy, sports massage, sports injury rehabilitation, post operative rehabilitation, exercises therapy, ergonomic assessments and advice.

Languages: English, Turkish Biography: Totally Physio was founded and created by Mehmet Gem. Having graduated from the University of Hertfordshire with a Bsc (hons) in Sport and Exercise Science Mehmet went on to complete a Masters in Physiotherapy at the University of Essex in Colchester and subsequently became a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and fully registered with the Health Professions Council. Mehmet is currently responsible for a number of elite level youth rugby and football players at the West Suffolk Sports Academy whilst also working at Head Start Sport Injury and Performance Clinic in Cambridge.
Having gained experience working with rugby and football clubs at a semi - professional level at AFC Sudbury andTabard RFC, and completeing placements within two hospital outpatient departments, Mehmet has continued to gain a strong interest in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. In addition, he has completed a number of clinical placements in hospital and community settings, ranging from Acute Stroke and Eldery rehabilitation, a Specialist Paediatric Community team, and at the Intensive Care Unit and High Dependancy Unit and St.Bartholomews Hospital. As a result it has allowed him to gain a well establsihed and a well balanced knowledge base, to help him continually give his patients the highest quality of care.
Mr Charlie Goodchild
Job Title: Physiotherapist Biography: Charlie Goodchild is a physiotherapist working with Totally Physio covering the areas of West and Central Essex, East and South East London. Charlie graduated from University of Essex with a first class degree in Sport and Exercise Science and then completed a Masters degree in Physiotherapy at the same university. Charlie is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and Health Professions Council and is contracted to a private, industry and insurance based physiotherapy provider covering clinics throughout the week for Ford Motor Company, Chevron and Rolls Royce.
As part of Charlies contracted work he has gained valuable experience in ergonomic workstation assessments, including office and home computer setups and vehicle assessments for companies such as Barclays, Royal Bank of Scotland, Natwest and Chevron.
Charlie has worked with both adult and youth sports teams as a physiotherapist at weekends, mainly based at Upminster Rugby Club and Upminster Grove Football Club. Other clinics that Charlie has practiced at include NHS outpatient departments in Epping and Basildon whilst on university placements. A placement in orthopaedics has also given Charlie vital experience in providing crucial post operative rehabilitation to speed up recovery and return to previous activity levels. This well rounded musculoskeletal and orthopaedic experience and knowledge means Charlie will always strive for excellence when providing physiotherapy to his clients.
