Wanted to let you know that with your help I managed to complete The London Marathon 2016! You nursed me through various injuries and with your guidance and tips I managed to stay injury free for 1 year and complete the marathon in 4.41 hours. Thank you Michael!

Desperate to avoid surgery as the only solution to repair a median level tear in the supraspinatus ligament in my right shoulder I searched the internet for a suitable physiotherapist in Exeter and by chance came upon Michael Otto’s details amongst a number of others. Somehow I was always drawn back his name and so made an appointment. I was not mistaken in my choice. Michael works in an unusual, intuitive and sensitive way and I was amazed by the results. Of course, he gave me exercises to do but they were gentle and easy to carry out. In combination with a cortisone injection guided into the right place using ultrasound under the NHS and Michael’s unravelling of numerous muscle knots in my back, shoulder and arm I have full use of my arm once again and am pain-free. Early on he assured me that surgery was not necessary. I am so glad I found him and then listened to him as well.
