I have benefited hugely from Alex's treatment and guidance. Severe tendinopathy was successfully relieved with massage and needling. Honestly Perfect Balance should never have let her go but should have worked with her to accommodate her career goals with the enhancements to the clinic itself that would have brought.

Phil conducted a thorough and professional assessment of my sciatica issue and recommended a set of exercises to help improve it. I'm seeing steady progress thanks to his guidance.

This is a great clinic. Its friendly staff are so helpful. Parking is easy and appointments available. Alex was amazing and completely got rid of the long-term pain in my legs and I’m now back playing tennis. I had nearly given up before I saw her. She was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I am now ok but will definitely get another appointment here if I need one.

I came back to see Alex with a different issue. As always, she listened and quickly diagnosed the problem (tennis elbow). We had several treatment sessions that worked well, and the heat therapy was really nice. I was given exercises to do, and I made sure to follow them. I’m now largely pain-free again.

I had a great neck and back massage with my sports therapist Syreeta, she is very knowledgeable and not only helped me with the stiffness and the discomfort, she also gave me good tips and exercises for stretching.
so thankful, she is very professional.

The clinic being in the same building as my gym makes it easy to visit and the people are friendly and helpful.

I visited the clinic with back pain problem and very happy with the treatment provided by Majo. The sessions were gradual with each week increasing my abilities and getting back to normal life. I received 5 sessions of treatment for tennis elbow at Cambridge Clinic and my physiotherapist was Majo Jose. It was very easy to book my appointment and they suggested me a bundle to receive the treatment with a discount. The place is easy to reach, has good free parking and is clean. The receptionist was nice and friendly.

Majo was excellent, listened to my symptoms, and performed a proper examination of my elbow to reach the diagnosis on my first session. He started treatment on the first session as well. He helped me get rid of my pain and improve my muscle power in 6 weeks. He also gave me exercises to do at home to maintain my muscle power. He is expert, professional and friendly. Booked a deep tissue massage with Syreeta who took the time over the course of the hour to assess and target areas of issue which was brilliant. Syreeta was thorough, professional and has a wealth of knowledge - would very highly recommend.

I’ve just had a course of treatment with Alex following foot pain after a marathon. After a thorough assessment, she quickly diagnosed my problems. Suggested a course of treatment, there was no pressure to purchase but I did and am happy with the results. On my way back to pain-free running thanks to Alex’s expert advice, including exercises and stretches to do at home. Alex was very friendly and I wouldn’t hesitate to return to her for any future niggles I might get.
