I went for 2 dry needling sessions with Yen. I would have gone for more but I was only in KL for four days. Yen is very kind, bubbly and generous. She is flexible in her timing and accommodated my tight schedule cheerfully. She is also very responsive and that allowed me to settle my plans very quickly. In terms of technique, you can tell she is very experienced. I have been suffering from shoulder and neck pains for more than 10 years. 2 sessions with her have helped eased these chronic pains tremendously. I only wish I had more time in KL to go for more sessions as 2 may not totally eradicate these chronic pains but she is my go-to person for dry needling for sure. She even let me lie in for as long as I wanted with the heat pack after my session ended. I highly recommend Yen for dry needling.

Thanks to the treatment I've received for the past one year, my facial palsy has improved tremendously. Wished I would have known about this place earlier to not miss up with my recovery rate time back in the hospital !!!

I have only had a couple of visits to the clinic for my knee issue as I have been overseas on business. Overall, I found Yen, the physiotherapist to be open and receptive to my issue and when I got an MRI and confirmed the cause of the problem, I started doing certain rehab activities to strengthen my knee based on my own research. On my 2nd visit, we quickly got onto the ‘same page’ on the rehab/treatment protocol which was very helpful. The studio is well equipped for physio rehab work and she correctly pointed out alignment mistakes I was making when doing some basic exercises. I have since continued with my own program based our discussions and have made a very substantial improvement on my knee since my last visit. Nevertheless, I will consult with her when I am next in town as she brings her Pilates knowledge into physio treatment which I appreciate. She has a cheerful and positive disposition which is a plus for the client/patient.

I was referred to see a Women's Health Physiotherapist by a sex therapist in order to address my vaginismus. I found Yen at Zenergy through a search on the internet. From the very first interaction with Yen, I could tell that she was a professional who was experienced and knowledgeable in working with women with vaginismus. I felt safe and comfortable during each session. She introduced several exercises and desensitization techniques to me. She also set clear goals for me and her cheerful personality kept me motivated. I wished I knew about her sooner!

Treatment provided by Yen was good. I see improvement in myself and gradually gain back the strength of my core muscles. Yen made it to the point to check-in with me regularly and at the same time motivated me to go further, which allowed me to break through. Highly recommend a session with Yen.

Yen is a very down to earth and friendly therapist. She cares about her clients genuinely and she knows what she's doing. She is professional, encouraging, and positive.

Zenergy was conveniently located for my dry needling session. I also liked the reviews I’d read online. There were no hidden costs and the practitioner was extremely skilled.

The clinic made a good impression with their nice facilities. I didn’t have to visit them again for follow-ups. They just outlined the exercises I needed to do at home once we’d finished the treatment.

Chiu Yen is to put it simply, Amazing. She needles key points, other therapists, either don’t know or think about. Her knowledge is deep. She is gentle to the touch, extremely personable and cares a lot about her patients.

I rescheduled my flight home just so I could see her a second time. My body thanked me. My mind thanked me and my soul was ecstatic. My only regret, I could not take her with me.
