Marc Jonathan Daniel, the former President of the Malaysian Physiotherapy Association and Chief Physiotherapist and Head of Clinical Support Services, Prince Court Medical Centre has a wealth of experience garnered in Malaysia and in the United Kingdom. He currently practices in a private clinic established over 10 years.
Marc has served as a consultant physiotherapist at prestigious local, regional and global sports events that include Belgium World Cup Hockey (2002), Commonwealth Games (1998), European Cup Rugby (1997), and Penguins International Rugby, England from 2003 till the present day.
A much sought after physiotherapist both abroad and in Malaysia, Marc Daniel worked as Chief Physiotherapist for Newbridge Rugby Club, Welsh Premier League for two seasons and the Twin Towers Medical Centre in Kuala Lumpur for four years.
A fully qualified Bachelor of Science with honours in Physiotherapy from The University of Bradford, England, he gained valuable experience working in United Kingdom in The National Health Service (NHS) for two years.
With an impressive track record as a practising physiotherapist, Marc also lectured part time at two of Malaysia’s higher learning institutes, University Technology of Mara on Sports Science and at University Kebangsaan Malaysia (Malaysia’s national university), he taught Diploma and Degree students in Physiotherapy, Health Studies & Sports Science.
Marc holds multiple professional memberships, including The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (UK); Health Professionals Council (UK); Association of Chartered Physiotherapist in Sports Medicine (UK); The Society of Orthopaedic Medicine (UK); and Chartered Physiotherapist in Association Football (FA of England).
