Went to the injury clinic in severe pain from an old injury. Jim was excellent. After a few visits, he alleviated my pain and explained everything from the reasoning behind my pain to the procedure in which he was going to do. I have recommended Jim to others and would certainly attend him again if necessary.

The clinic is run by Simon Cullen. Mobile Massage Therapy to your door. Trained as a sports injury rebhilation, Deep Tissue, Accu Pressure, Intuitive massage, Touch for Health (Basic Kinesiology) and cranio sacral therapist and has been working the this field for the past 10years. All treatments consist of both therapies and use up to date techniques. Simon's practice is based on knowledge and understanding of bringing the body into balance.Set up own clinic in Galway for 8 years now in Wexford Town.  For 3 1/2years he has work closely with the ISHSKO centre in Westport with chronic issues, Fibromialgia, Chronic Fatigue, General Missalignments, postural tension and trauma, TMJ Dysfunction. Sports therapist for Kilmaine GAA Mayo. The first treatment always consists of a full body treatment and can take 1.hr 20mins. Detailed history will be take and recommendations on exercise nutrition and treatments will be given.  Included into the clinic is far infrared saunas therapy which is used to speed up recovery times from injury and detoxification from heavy metal or other chemical toxicity and increases recovery time from injury.. Was quite nervous for my first visit.Week 8 after breaking my wrist, plate and screws. Shonagh put me at my ease straight away, lovely girl. Treatment was great, bit sore at times but well worth it. I have had my second treatment and am booked in for third. They also send you videos of exercises to do at home which is brilliant. Felt very comfortable with C19 precautions. Would recommend them with no hesitation.Very good value. Chose this clinic initially because I was waiting on an appt with the hospital, am still waiting. So glad I chose Castlebridge Physio. They are bases in town at the mo.
