Wowee to Dany. For 3 months I had serious chronic pain on my calves, upper legs, spine. Did physio, back scans, blood tests, GP visits, painkillers, Chiros and no one could figure out what was wrong. Was recommended by someone who was treated by Dany and who described him as trustworthy and professional in his work. I just wanted to say a massive thank you and would trust only Dany as a practitioner with my body for the first time in months I feel I might be able to walk without limping and be able to normal activities again . Great clinic, Liam and his staff are an absolute pleasure to work with. I started attending in July 2016 and have been attending for over 5 years since then, usually twice a week. They have kept my back in great shape and guided me through any exacerbations. I wholeheartedly recommend DBC.

I first attended the clinic in September 2019 with plantar fasciitis which I had for over 12 months. My physiotherapist was Conor Tierney. I had 6 treatments and was given exercises to do at home. After the 6 treatments/exercises, I can honestly say I now walk pain-free. I still do the exercises on occasion. What helped me with this was the videos that Conor took of me doing the exercises correctly. He sent them to my phone so I had absolutely no excuses not to do them and I could look back to make sure I was doing them correctly. I then attended Conor again in July 2020. I had a problem with my knee. After the first consultation, we discussed my options and plans. I selected the 7 sessions plan. It was very economical. Again Conor sorted me out with exercises and treatments. I would highly recommend Conor at Stepaside Physiotherapy.
