She believes that knowledge is power, and enjoys empowering her clients to take control of their injury and pain through understanding the mechanism of injury, and prescribing a precise management plan.

He is an intricate member of our COR Rehabilitation group and works with both our workplace injury clients and our Pain Management program exercise team of practitioners. He continues to develop his clinical skills regularly attending continuing education programs for both human and equine physiotherapy.

He is interest include acute and chronic conditions with the main emphasis being rehabilitation and the education and empowerment of his clientele to be active and self manage whenever possible, This being achieved with best practice principles and a holistic, biopsychosocial approach to facilitate the best outcomes for all involved parties.

She has a strong background in strength and conditioning and has developed a great niche area with the hydrotherapy programs that we offer through COR in Brisbane. Hydrotherapy is a great exercise intervention for people with injury limitation who cannot manage land based exercise well due to reduced tolerance to compression or gravity while exercising. The intensity of hydrotherapy can vary greatly from gentle exercise to restore range of motion and walking tolerance to a high level that can maintain the elite fitness needs of an athlete.

She comes from a strong sporting background having competed in a variety of sports in her youth from state level lacrosse and soccer to gymnastics and tennis. She has maintained her interest in sports professionally through the complete physiotherapy management of a selection of soccer and football teams over the years 2002-2008 in both Western Australia and later in Melbourne after relocation to Victoria in 2007.
