Zoe Mundell treated me following years of discomfort, even after surgery on my knee. She identified the problem and unbelievably, I've not had a problem since and it only took one session! .
I've had fantastic treatment from Zoe Mundell on 2 occasions for tennis elbow and damaged shoulder. Very knowledgable, caring and sympathetic approach and within a couple of treatments I saw a massive reduction in pain levels and increased movement in my shoulder. Would recommend Zoe without hesitation and I'll definitley be back if I have any other issues.
I visited Paul when I got an injury in my right shoulder. The treatment was second to none and I recovered quickly. I totally recommend him for treatment
My pelvic girdle traetment was domne by Zoe Mundell. I must say that I only survived my last few weeks of pregnancy because of Zoe. I was in terrible pain and could not walk or sit for long ours but Zoe's treatment made a lot of difference. thanks Excellent, I did my treatment at RSC and would rate the treatment as 5 star. Please please visit Zoe if you have pelvic Girdle pain. She is very very good and understands you and the problem you are going through.
Thank you Satwant, I'm so pleased that you are doing so well and look forward to hearing from you with news of your new baby! We are always here if you need us.
I was getting pain in my hip, lower back and legs when running and doing other kinds of exercise. My friend recommended I see an osteopath at New Body Osteopathy. After 3 sessions the exercises that the osteopath recommended did the job. The pain stopped and I am now able to run and do exercise pain free. Booking at this clinic is very easy. Zoe was very friendly and professional and knew exactly what to look at. The price was very reasonable given that I had feared I was going to need an MRI scan which would have cost much more. I would go back again.
Thank you for your feedback Charlie, keep going with those exercises!
I visited New Body Osteopathy due to injury I sustained during my marathon training. A friend at work recommended I visited Zoe. From the moment I met Zoe she really helped put me at ease, as I was so worried about not being able to do the marathon. Throughout the examination of my injury she made me feel very comfortable and always ensured I understood why she was performing certain tests on my knee, hip and ankle. I felt Zoe was very honest at the end of the treatment on the prognosis and I was very happy to hear that through a short course of treatments I should be starting to run again pain free, and with continuing rehabilitation exercises I should prevent the injury re-occuring. I can't thank Zoe and New Body Osteopathy enough for helping me! I have now been visiting New Body Osteopathy for the past two years, due the many sporting injuries I seem to keep sustaining! I have seen both Zoe and Paul and both and very professional and fantastic at what they do.The clinic is open into the evenings and Saturdays, which is very accommodating as I struggle to take time out of my working day.
Cranial osteopathy is a refined and subtle type of osteopathic treatment that encourages the release of stresses and tensions throughout the body, including the head. It is a gentle yet extremely effective approach and may be used in a wide range of conditions for people of all ages, from birth to old age. Osteopaths may have different specialities including sports injuries, paediatrics, and visceral osteopathy (treating the internal organs of the body). Cranial osteopathy embraces all of these.

Zoë gained a Masters in Osteopathy at the British College of Osteopathic Medicine (BCOM) where she graduated with distinction. As a former Personal Trainer and Pilates Teacher Zoe has a natural desire to optimize health, nutrition and fitness and is also a qualified Naturopath. Whilst a large majority of her patients have sporting injuries she has found her interest has shifted towards pre and post-partum care and paediatrics which resulted in her post graduate training at the Osteopathic Centre for Children. She also has experience working with the Barnett Hospital neonatal unit osteopathic outreach programme. Zoe understands the physical strains placed upon mother and baby during pregnancy and child birth and, most importantly she knows how to help you enjoy a pain free, relaxed pregnancy. Whilst symptoms such as back and pelvic pain are common in pregnancy they are not normal and can be treated. Zoe uses a variety of osteopathic techniques to treat woman and babies including cranial osteopathy.
Paul initially trained as a professional violinist, traveling and performing extensively in the UK and abroad. It was as a musician that he developed a keen interest in postural work through Alexander technique, which he has been practising for over 20 years. In 1999 Paul decided to re-train as a massage therapist which he practised alongside his music career, this keen interest in the human body led to continued studies and in 2005 Paul graduated from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine (BCOM) with a BSc in Osteopathic and Naturopathic Medicine. Paul has since trained in Cranial Osteopathy, modern acupuncture (also known as dry needling), ultrasound therapy and orthotic prescription. With such a wide skills base, Paul believes that he is able to provide truly holistic healthcare 'from head to toe'!
