Job Title:
  Partner
Specialisations:
  Physical Therapy, Osteopathy, Acupuncture
Biography:

Matt graduated with a Masters of Osteopathy (M.Ost) from the British School of Osteopathy (BSO), the largest and oldest osteopathic college in the UK.

After graduating he worked in the Wellness centre of the BodyHoliday resort, St Lucia. He treated a wide range of people from varying background. Here he became fascinated with the mind-body connection and its affects on healing. Over the following two year Matt combined work with travel and learnt from a variety of different living masters. He studied Yoga Nidra with Daizan Skinner and Medical Acupuncture with Doctor A. Campbell in London. He traveled to Nepal to studyMeditation, learnt Yoga in India, was taught Thai Massage by the legendary Ajan Pischet in Thailand and traveled to New York where he trained to teach Yoga with one of the most revered yoga teachers of our time, Sri Dharma Mittra.

These unique lessons and experiences developed Matt’s practice to a completely different level; refining his approach to the treatment, both philosophically and practically.

Matt’s treatments are built on solid Osteopathic foundations, however, they incorporates many different skills from around the globe. This allows Matt to provide bespoke treatment sessions giving you the best chance of a smooth and swift recovery.

The Yoga classes that Matt teaches are primary Vinyasa flow. The classes are based on his deep understanding of anatomy combined with his exposure to such iconic teachers as Sri Dharma Mittra and Sharath Jois. This combination allows Matt to finely attune each class to the students in the room while maintaining a strong base in Yogic tradition.

Matt is registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC), the British Osteopathic Association (BOA) and the Yoga Alliance UK.
