Sam graduated from Oxford Brookes achieving a distinction in a master’s degree in Osteopathy. Sam has experience in treating a variety of musculoskeletal conditions, whilst he also has a particular interest in treating lower limb amputees.
During completion of his master’s degree, Sam also completed an ITEC level 3 diploma in sports massage to complement his osteopathy skills. During his training, Sam has worked within clinical settings in Swindon and Oxford, treating a wide range of conditions. Since then Sam has worked as an Osteopath at the Chatteris Osteopaths Clinic, which he will continue to do on a monthly basis.
Prior to completing his osteopathy degree, Sam was a professional football player for Peterborough United FC. Consequently he has a particular interest in sports rehabilitation, and the importance of ensuring an athlete’s body can operate at optimum performance, whilst importantly, he understands the pressures of competition in high level sport, and the demands it places upon your body. Since qualifying Sam has worked with rugby players, golfers, football players, rowers and marathon runners, to both prevent and treat injury.
