Clapham Osteopath is a small practice offering individualised treatments with a strong commitment to patient care & rehabilitation, allowing ample time for treatment, specialising in sports injuries & degenerative conditions and trying to make osteopathy affordable for everyone.

This is a very gentle form of osteopathic treatment which focuses on the natural rhythms of the body to detect and correct the dysfunction that is causing pain

This is a standard part of osteopathic treatment that is used where the muscles and interconnecting fascia require release, usually evidenced by hypersensitivity to pressure

Osteopath Consultation (1 hour 15 mins)

Your initial consulatation will involve a full medical history together with analysis of your pain pattern and its onset. Hence you need to allow additional time for the first consultation. Treatment will comprise a variety of techniques depending on your symptoms and our diagnosis of the problem. You should leave feeling better and we aim to make a lasting difference within 3 treatment sessions.

CST - Craniosacral Therapy

This technique forms another branch of osteopathic medicine focusing on the movement of the sacrum (lower part of the spine) and its relationship to movement of bones of the skull. Sacral treatment alone can have dramatic effects on low back pain where sacro-iliac joint (where the back joins the pelvis) dysfunction may be the root cause.
