I am looking forward to my next treatmentAngela, Ireland, 25 05 22

I go to Iwona to get a full body massage. I have a problem with my neck and shoulder. So I decided I would get reflexology this time from her. She explains the treatment in relation to reflexology, but also works in a holistic way to provide an enjoyable /relaxing /healing experience. She is very passionate about what she can offer her clients. I wasn't sleeping great and I had a great sleep after my treatment. I am looking forward to my next treatment. I have no hesitation in recommending Iwona to others who are open to find ways of helping improve their health and wellbeing. Thank you Iwona, it is a lovely experience that I will always look forward to.

Osteopath Consultation
Stresses and strains can accumulate over time and symptoms may begin somewhat insidiously. The Osteopath works with structural imbalances that are present in the body to restore a state of physical balance. Patients often report improvement in many areas of their health. Most people associate osteopathy with back and spinal care for which it can prove to be an effective solution for helping with associated pain. Mechanical problems in the structure of the body can not only lead to aches or pains in the joints, tissues, muscles etc. but it can also lead to disturbances in the internal organs and the way they work. Irregular function may impair blood circulation or lymphatic drainage, and disrupt the nerve supply to any part of the body, thus having a detrimental effect on health. Osteopaths use a wide range of “hands on” techniques to identify, diagnose and treat dysfunction in the body in order to restore the body’s structure and function to a state of balance so that the healing process can be accelerated, thereby improving vitality and general health. Osteopathy does far more than care for back pain and postural irregularities. It also deals with a wide array of issues such as: migrainesheadachesdigestive problemsperiod problemsrespiratory problemsvulnerability to infections due to a depleted immune systemIt has a calming affect on the nervous system and can help with fatigue, mood swings or depression, disturbed sleep. It can help people resolve emotional issues such as anger, grief, depression.

By the end of the session, I felt rejuvenated and significantly more relaxedTee, Ireland, 28 10 24

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a session at **DAIM Pain Therapy & Wellness** in Dublin, and it was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. The therapist was incredibly professional and attentive, taking the time to understand my specific needs and concerns. The massage itself was a perfect blend of relaxation and therapeutic techniques, tailored to address my areas of tension and discomfort. I could feel the stress melting away as the therapist expertly worked on my muscles, using just the right amount of pressure. What truly stood out was the therapist's deep knowledge and skill. They were able to pinpoint and relieve knots and tight spots that I didn't even realise were there. By the end of the session, I felt rejuvenated and significantly more relaxed. Overall, my experience at DAIM Pain Therapy & Wellness was outstanding. The combination of a serene environment, skilled therapists, and personalized care made it a truly brilliant experience. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for top-notch massage therapy in Dublin.

I can't recommend the physio and his treatment enoughDeclan, Ireland, 20 04 23

I damaged my cruciate ligaments in work incident in 2019 and attended a different physio at the time at least once weekly, sometimes twice weekly for almost 6 months, before the Covid issue stopped all treatments. I continued with some exercises recommended by that physio, and wore a very restrictive brace support on the knee for day to day physical activity. It never healed properly, but became manageable, until a 2nd incident in late March 2023. I was recommended to try Brian's TECAR treatment by some of the local GAA players who had used his treatments, and I attended first time on 28th March. After just 1 session, I couldn't believe the relief and difference in the pain levels, or lack thereof. I attended on a total of 5 sessions over 3 weeks, last time today 20th April, and I have no pain, no discomfort and full movement in the knee. I do house removals every day, so my job is very physical, and I'm working full time, no issues with knee at all. I had no prior knowledge of Brian's treatments, no idea what TECAR was about or how it worked, but the results are fantastic and in only 5 visits, no recurring joint exercising or strength work. If I had only known it existed when original incident occurred, I would have been completely recovered in a fraction of the time, and saved both a fortune on 'regular' physio sessions and a very restrictive (expensive) knee brace. I can't recommend Brian and his TECAR treatment enough. Thank you Brian for your time and patience in explaining the whole treatment to me as it proceeded.
