Dr. Kiran Shete is a renowned Orthopedic Surgeon from Pune and has special interest in Spine Care. He completed his Bachelors from prestigious B J Medical College, Pune in year 1998 and then worked as Medical Officer in Rural India for one year. After completing his Masters in Orthopedic Surgery from Pune, Dr. Shete also cleared his DNB (Diplomat of National Board) in year 2003. Dr. Kiran Shete has also been conferred Membership of National Academy of Medical Sciences. Dr. Shete has also completed his fellowships in Germany and Switzerland wherein he got exposure to global best practices in orthopedics. Dr. Shete has also completed postgraduate program in management from top ranked Indian School of Business, Hyderabad in year 2008. Dr. Kiran Shete holds life memberships of Indian Orthopedic Association, Indian Arthroscopic Association, Maharashtra Orthopedic Association and Poona Orthopedic Association. He is also a consultant to Spring Healthcare, a private Equity firm which invests in various healthcare ventures. Dr. Kiran Shete worked in Sancheti Hospital, Pune and Dr D Y Patil Medical College Hospital, Pimpri as Consultant orthopedic surgeon and Assistant Professor in Orthopedic. "Along with course of training and practice as Orthopedic Surgeon, Dr. Kiran Shete developed special interests in Spine Care area. Dr. Shete has done research in back, neck and joint pain area with focus on non surgical management of these ailments. He studied occupational related hazards and effects on musculoskeletal ailments. His has extensive work in Ergonomics and Postural problems, especially in young population. He has proposed “Dynamic Functional Theory” for proper working of muscles and joints in body and his Spinalogy Approach is based on the same theory. Dr. Uttam Sidhaye is a Consultant in Spine Pain Management & Consultant Anesthesiologist. He completed his MBBS in 1996 from Indira Gandhi Medical College, Nagpur and MD (Anaesthesiology) in 2001 from University of Pune. Dr. Sidhaye has an experience of more than 17 years out of which 13 years are in Anaesthesia and Pain Management. He also did a Fellowship Program in Pain Management in 2008 under guidance of Dr. GP Dureja, an eminent pain clinician in New Delhi. Under guidance of Dr. GP Dureja he got specialization in doing various procedures like Facet Blocks, Transformational Blocks, Epidural Injections, Celiac Plexus Blocks and Lumbar Sympathetic Blocks. His experience and skills make him specialist in Non Surgical treatment of joint pain. He also got training in Sir Gangaram Hospital and AIIMS Delhi. Dr. Sidhaye was appointed as an observer in Pain Management in Mount Sinai Hospital, Newyork USA. He also worked as a Medical Officer for 1 year in 1997-98 at PHC Talegaon and Wardha , India. After that he also worked as a Junior Consultant & SHO (Registrar) for 2 years in Sanjeevan Hospital and Research Centre, India. He was appointed as a consultant in Pain Management in Deenanath Mangeshkar Hospital and Panel Consultant in Dept. of Anesthesia in Sahyadri Hospital, Pune in 2008. He is a member of Indian Society of Study of Pain (ISSP).

Dr Tanmayee Puntambekar has completed her Bachelors in Physiotherapy from Tilak Maharashtra Vidyapeeth in 2012. Her project as “effect of Maitland’s mobilization versus Hold relax technique to increase knee range of motion in ACL reconstruction”. She has worked in Yashwantrao Chavan Memorial Hospital Pune as physiotherapist from 4th May to 9th January. She has attended IAP conference in Mumbai 2012. She is a life time member of Indian Association of Physiotherapy (IAP).

Mitali Mangaonkar has completed her bachelor's in Physiotherapy from Chaitanya medical foundation's College of Physiotherapy, Nigdi, Pune in the year 2010 and was awarded with the best project during her Internship titled 'Effects of yogasana in dysmenorrhoea'. She has attended workshops on Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation, taping techniques and Manual therapy techniques for Peripheral joints and Spine. She has also completed her Master's in Physiotherapy (musculoskeletal) from Sheffield Hallam University, UK in the year 2012 with dissertation on 'Translation of Roland-Morris Disability Questionnaire from English to Marathi and assessing its face and content validity'. She has done a course in Mulligan manual therapy. She has special interest in joint care rehabilitation.

Dr. Manali Desai Baxi (PT) has completed her Bachelors in Physiotherapy from NIMS UNIVERSITY Jaipur in Dec 2011. She has presented her project on "Physiotherapy treatment for low back pain- A case study". She has worked in Burhani care clinic Dahod, Gujrat as physiotherapist for 2 years. She has attended workshops on "Clinical and Radiological Differential Diagnosis in Orthopedics for Physiotherapist". She has also attended seminar on "Recent trends in Electrotherapy". After completing her graduation she did Masters in Business administration in health care services from Sikkim Manipal University-DE in 2013 with project on "Identification and Critical Analysis of Patients Problems in Outdoor and Indoor Department and To Assess their level of Satisfaction".

Shruti kapoor has completed her bachelor's in Physiotherapy from T.D.T.R DAV Institute of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation, Yamunanagar, Haryana in the year 2010. She has attended workshops on Two and Three Dimensional Biomechanical Analysis of Gait, Physiotherapy management of spinal cord injury and recent trends, Physiotherapy management in I.C.U, Recent trends in cerebral palsy management, Emphasis on Neuro-developmental therapy and Myofascial technique. She has also completed her Master's in Physiotherapy (orthopedics) from Baba Farid University of health sciences, Faridkot in the year 2012 and secured third rank in university with dissertation on 'Effectiveness of Mulligan bent leg raise technique versus butler neural mobilization in lumbar radiculopathy'. She has special interest in joint care rehabilitation.
