Laparoscopic Ovarian Cystectomy

I was treated in St George's hospital, it was my first visit to the hospital ever for the surgery. It went excellently. The operation team were extremely professional and dealt with all my requests, recovery after the surgery was very quick I felt very good and alert the very next day. I would definitely recommend Hugh and his team to every woman who has gynaecological problems as sometimes to go through the surgery might be emotionally difficult. The hospital is not the nicest place to be, but I was very impressed with the whole experience.

I found Mr Byrne to be both an excellent surgeon and an exceptionally good consultant:
a rare combination!

The operation went very well -- perfectly, in fact; and I am now enjoying a better quality of
life, thanks to his surgical skills.

The surgery went very well - quite excellent really. I had a NHS referral, to St Georges from my Hackney. The referral process from appointment to surgery was very quick (one month). Mr Byrne was very friendly and reassuring. The ward staff were able to assist me once I was discharged and kept in contact with me by phoning to make sure that everything was fine. My follow up appointment went very well.

I would definitely recommend Mr Byrne to anyone have a Gynaecological procedure. I have just today recommended my cousin to be referred to his clinic.

Mr Byrne was just what I needed. He dealt with me well, efficiently, and with compassion.
