fertility tests
I went to this clinic around 3 times. I had 2 miscarriages before, so after a few tests that they recommend me doing, they told me I was not as fertile as I could have been at my age (I am 38) and that it would have been really hard for me to conceive. Although very nice, the doctor did not leave much room for support in this, I left the clinic a few times, crying on the streets.
They just told me that if nothing would have happened in a year or so, then we would have had to look at alternatives, but that the chances were very minimal.
I am now 38 weeks pregnant with a very healthy little boy, so I am glad I didn't listen too much to what was said to me, and now I am really happy that nature helped me in achieving what I was expecting to.
I was also very disappointed with the fact that I had to call/contact several times before I had any answer on my bookings/exam results, etc. One time even the receptionist got my telephone number wrong, (although I sent them e-mail, left messages on answer phone with the correct contact number) giving me just extra stress and anxiety that wasn't certainly needed knowing the fact that I had just had 2 miscarriages.
Dun Laoghaire is then a nightmare for parking, so unless you can go there walking, prepare yourself with at least 4 or 5 euros for parking fees.
