I am an established Soft Tissue Therapist with a positive and proactive approach to treatment, with continuing development of learning new techniques and practices. I provide a comprehensive approach to treating Clients from Olympic hopefuls through to Individuals looking after their health and wellbeing.

Enjoys working one to one with individual Clients or as a group. Also thrives in working under pressure and in challenging working environments while remaining organized and focused, be this working as an individual or within a team.
Qualified as a Clinical Remedial and Sport Therapist with the Oxford School of Sports Massage gaining a BTEC Level 5 Diploma in 2010.
I have a clinic in Basingstoke and also work at a Physiotherapy Practice in Wokingham.

Perform health history on clients and updated prior to each session; ascertained precautions/contradictions for massage prior to each session.
Explain procedures and applied techniques appropriate to client needs and preferences.
Observe client reaction to massage and modified as necessary.
Solicited feedback and responded accordingly.
Documented all sessions performed according to established guidelines.
Liaising with other health professionals in the sports sector and in mainstream medicine.
Maintaining client confidentiality and sensitivity to age and gender related issues.
