Studied reflexology initially and trained at the Bayly School of Reflexology with Nicola Hall who is the founding member of the British Reflexology Association.
I then studied at the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine in Reading for four years gaining a BSc (Hons) degree in acupuncture. The college has an excellent reputation and is accredited by Kingston University. The course integrates the two main styles of acupuncture practised in this country which is five Element Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). The college is unique in teaching both methods.
