About The Tranquility Zone

The Tranquility Zone offer a range of complementary therapies including massages for Dundee and Angus areas. Our therapies also include Reiki, reflexology , holistic (Swedish) massages, pregnancy massage, hot stone massages and deep tissue massage.  

All of my complementary therapy treatments are based upon the holistic approach bringing balance and harmony to the mind, body and spirit.  This supports the body's natural ability to heal itself.  

Looking to learn massage or reiki?  I teach a range of fully accredited reiki and massage courses for you to learn complementary therapies.  The courses I offer include Indian Head massage, Holistic hand massage, on-site massage and Reiki.  

Appointments are available to suit your needs including  some evenings, daytimes and Saturdays. The easiest way to book and see availability is to go to my website and click the book now.  

We offer treatments in our treatments room in Monifieth and also limited home visits to areas local to Monifieth. 

We also offer a range of corporate services to both the public and private sectors.

Reiki

The Tranquility Zone are now able to offer Shiatsu massage treatments by our therapist based in Broughty Ferry, Dundee. Our Shiatsu therapist, Elizabeth Taylor trained for three years at the Aberdeen College of Shiatsu.
