I use a combination of exercise therapies, manual therapy techniques, joint mobilizations, taping techniques and sports massage to guide your muscles back into their normal healthy state. I currently live in Cape Town & since 2013 I have been working at a Private practice in Claremont specializing in Sports Massage, Exercise Therapy, Fitness training,  Post surgery rehabilitation, strapping & Injury rehabilitation.
