I'd thoroughly recommend

4.8 50 Dry Needling • Paid: €60

I've had a re-occuring neck injury for the past few years due to poor posture and over working the muscle. After many exercises and massage treatments Linda suggested the use of Dry Needling to focus a point of release directly into the muscle and the results were incredible.

I'm not one for needles but these don't compare to the regular versions, no pain and you know the troubled area is getting direct treatment. If you're in a similar situation and feel like you've exhausted all the possibilities this treatment might do the job, I'd thoroughly recommend visiting Linda in Energise Therapy for a consultation

4.9 50 Ankle Injury Treatment

Shock Wave

My treatment was for an Achilles injury I got a while back and which had been leaving me with a lot of pain in the sole/ball of my foot. I contacted Linda and made an appointment for treatment. I found her very easy to talk to and was very good with the technical side of the problem as well as explaining it to me in "lay mans" terms what the mechanics of the injury were. After Linda's assessment I received the Shock wave treatment which I found extremely good with only four sessions needed and really noticed the difference on the first session to my amazement. I found Linda to be very professional, friendly and most of all having a very good understanding of the technical side to her profession which you do not always receive in other practices. I would highly recommend this clinic for any sports injuries etc..

Sports massage and needles

I suffer from an old riding accident and my back can from time to time really seize up. My first treatment with Energise Therapy was fantastic and extremely thorough and after the second I had and still have great relief! Very good solution for sports injuries with strong industry knowledge.
