In 1982 - graduated from the Kyiv Medical Institute
In 1983 - completed the internship at the Department of Ophthalmology, the Kiev Medical Institute on the basis of the Kyiv Regional Clinical Hospital. 
From 1983 till 1990 – did his clinical residency at the Department of Ophthalmology based on the Kiev Hospital, called “Center for Eye Microsurgery”. 
Dr Krasutsky headed the Eye Unit of the Brovarskaya Central Regional Hospital in the Kiev region for 10 years. 
Since 2001 – worked as a medical advisor of the Excimer EyeClinic
Since 2004 – Ophthalmologist-in-Chief at the clinic.

Dr Krasutsky regularly attends specialized advanced medical courses in a broad range of subjects: “Eye microsurgery”, “Modern aspects of surgical therapy and correction of myopia and astigmatism”, “Phakoemulsifications of the cataract”, “Refractive and laser surgery”, etc. Since 2004 - an assistant at the Department of Eye Diseases at the Kiev National Medical University. He regularly participates in international, Ukrainian and Russian conferences and congresses. Victor I. Krasutsky is the leading ophthalmic surgeon of the clinic. He applies current methods and technologies of cataract and refractive surgery. Dr Krasutsky has completed a specialization training in implantation of intraocular lenses of the STAAR company (Switzerland). Dr Krasutsky has an extensive practice.

Dr Krasutsky has performed more than 30,000 operations of different grades of complexity: excimer-laser correction of vision, cataract and glaucoma surgeries, implantation of different models of intraocular artificial lenses, phakic lenses, etc. He is a member of European and American Societies of Refractive and Cataract Surgeons (ESCRS), a member of International Scientific Society of Ophthalmology. Dr Krasutsky has 39 publications, 3 patents for inventions. He is currently working upon his thesis on refractive surgery. Dr Krasutsky has 29 years of constant practice and 33 years of work experience in medicine.

Since 2003 - President of Association of Ophthalmologists, Neuro-Ophthalmologists and Glaucoma experts of the Ukraine. He is a member of the International and European Association of Ophthalmologists and Glaucoma Experts, Honored Worker of Science and Technology. Dr Zhaboedov regularly participates in international congresses, symposiums and conferences on ophthalmology. He heads the Commission of the Ukrainian Academy of Medical Sciences on Ophthalmology and Tissue Therapy.

Dr Zhaboedov is an author of student books on eye diseases, numerous monographies, more than 600 research papers, 9 monographs, 3 student books and work-books, 27 patents for inventions. He supervised a lot of M.D. and Ph.D theses. Dr Zhaboedov has been repeatedly awarded certificates and medals of honor, including the reward of “Inventor of the USSR”. He is a member of the editorial boards of many scientific medical magazines and newspapers, and a chief editor in of the newspaper titled “Neuro-Ophthalmologist and Glaucoma Expert of the Ukraine”. Dr Zhaboedov is a famous surgeon on plastic and cosmetic surgeries tear duct surgery, glaucoma, optic nerve, injuries of the visual organ. Dr Zhaboedov has 10 years of experience in working at hospitals abroad.

From 1971 up to 1975 - studied at the Donetsk Medical Institute, From 1975 up to 1979 – VMF at the Gorky Medical Institute. In 1982, Dr Nalivaiko completed his initial specialization in ophthalmology in Minsk, Belarus. 
From 1985 to 1987 - studied at the Department of Managerial Medical Staff of the Military Medical Academy named after Kirov in Leningrad major in ophthalmology. In 1990, he attended courses on “Microsurgery of cataract with IOL implantation” at the MNTK “Eye Microsurgery”, Moscow, Russia.

From 1993, after completing advanced courses on “Eye Microsurgery” at the KMAPO, Kiev, Dr Nalivaiko became a senior resident of the eye clinic of the Main Military Clinical Hospital of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Kiev. 

In 1997, Dr Nalivaiko did a pre-accreditation cycle of advanced training in ophthalmology at the KMAPO, Kiev. 
In 1999 - completed advanced courses on “Optometry and contact correction” at the KMAPO, Kiev. 

Since 1999 - Head of the eye clinic of the Main Military Clinical Hospital. He was senior ophthalmologist at the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense till 2007. 
From 2000 to 2007 Dr Nalivaiko was a lecturer at the Department of Ophthalmology at the Military Surgery Division of the Ukrainian Military Medical Academy of the MO of Ukraine. He has attended advanced training in “Eye microsurgery with phakic IOL implantation and phakoemulsification” at the KMAPO, Kiev, the ALCON company. 

Since 2007 - Head of Cataract Surgery Unit of the Excimer Eye Clinic. Leading cataract surgeon of the clinic.
