I have trained extensively in hypnotherapy and draw from modern developments in neuroscience to complement the wide range of techniques that I can draw from which enables me to offer an individually tailored approach to your problem. My practice is in the pretty historic market town of Thame in Oxfordshire close to Aylesbury and Oxford. Whatever the problem, I am committed to helping you get the result that you want, often in less time than you would expect. I am also an Accredited Hypnotherapy Supervisor - working with hypnotherapists who qualified in the last few years to support the in their training and business, and offering more long term peer support. Studying using the ITEC syllabus for massage level 3, I have set up and run At Ease, complementary Therapies in Oxford.  I am also a midwife which gives me the confidence to offer pregnancy massage, before, during and after the birth.  I also offer Reiki healing, lymphatic drainage massage, Indian head massage and hopi ear candling with manicures and pedicures incrasing the beuty side of well being - with additional bio sculpture gel nails offered too.

The aim of the team of hairstylists and beauty therapists at the two salons run by this group is to exceed the expectations of customers.
